If service cannot begin within 10 minutes after arrival due to customer-related delays, a waiting fee of $1 per minute may apply.

You may be asked for proof.We are not responsible for pre‑existing vehicle damage or mechanical failure, or issues unrelated to the service performed. Services are performed at the customer’s request and risk. We cannot provide you or your passengers transportation.Response times may vary based on location, weather, road conditions, and available staff. In case of any sort of delay due to these, we will keep you informed.Payment is due at the time of service. All service calls, regardless of outcome, will include the $50 base service call fee.Policies and pricing may be updated at any time.
